Minmetals Development: Chairman Wei Tao resigns due to work changes
Minmetals Development Announcement, the company’s board of directors has received a resignation letter from Chairman Wei Tao. Wei Tao has applied to resign from his positions as director, chairman, and chair of the board’s Strategy Committee due to work changes. According to regulations, the resignation takes effect upon delivery to the board. Wei Tao does not hold any shares in the company and has completed the handover. During the vacancy of the chairman position, director and general manager Li Zhicong will assume responsibilities on his behalf.
