1. The Ministry of Finance will issue RMB 155 billion in government bonds in Hong Kong in April.
2. The North Sea Fleet, the South China Sea Fleet, and the East China Sea Fleet announced: activities that open ships to the public require advance reservations and registration through official platforms, and attendees must enter on time.
3. The People’s Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange: will raise the leverage ratio for banks’ overseas loans, increase the ceiling for overseas loan balances, and optimize the management requirements for loans made through indirect channels.
4. Guangdong will use new technologies such as drones and AI recognition to continue cracking down on illegal activities involving electric motorcycles.
5. The Department of Elderly Services of the Ministry of Civil Affairs has organized the drafting of two mandatory national standards, including the Basic Standards for Nursing and Care Institutions and the Criteria for Judging Major Accident Hazards in Nursing and Care Institutions; the two standards are now open to public comment.
