Recently, while working on tasks and monitoring on-chain data, I realized that "what I see on the chain" is often delayed... For the same transaction, when I check with different RPCs, the timestamps don't match; some nodes are half a beat slow, some index services haven't refreshed their cache, and the UI still pretends everything is normal. Basically, you think you're slow, but actually the information source is queuing. Now there's a bunch of AI Agents/auto-trading out there bragging about "fully automated on-chain interactions," and I can't help but wonder: they don't even care which RPC they're using or how much delay the indexing has, do they really dare to let it handle your take-profit orders? Anyway, I'm used to checking multiple sources and trusting my own eyes.
