I recently realized that I am quite typical: when making a quick profit, I just think "Oh, it's okay," and go eat;

As soon as I start experiencing floating losses, I keep opening the chart repeatedly, even though I haven't lost much, my mind automatically imagines the worst-case scenario, and before bed, I even think "Should I cut my losses now..."
Honestly, the money lost feels like it has thorns, stabbing more painfully than the sweetness of gains.

Maybe it's the mentality of grabbing shells during the airdrop season, casually putting them in my pocket;
Losing one makes me wonder, "Was that the one I picked up just now?"
Recently, those new L1/L2 incentives to boost TVL, old users complaining "mining, then selling," I also feel guilty listening: I would sell too, but when the losses really hit my account, my emotions become irrational.

My colleague said one sentence that hit home: "You're not a short-term trader, so why keep staring at floating losses?"
Anyway, I’ve now set a rule for myself: don’t get too attached to positions, follow the interaction checklist, exit when I see tricks/scams, and reduce the chances of floating losses knocking at my door in the middle of the night.
