Many people think they are ready for a crash, but in reality, their psychology often cannot withstand prolonged surrender. That is the big difference.

After each bear market, recovery never happens quickly. Instead, you will enter a prolonged sideways phase lasting from 6 months to a year. Volatility decreases, news is scarce, your account drifts—no significant gains or losses.

And that is when psychological surrender begins. You feel discouraged, impatient. You see other markets growing, other assets generating profits. Your thoughts start working: "Maybe crypto is dead. Maybe I should sell and put my money elsewhere." And when you decide to sell out of frustration, you just marked the market bottom.

Whales not only use price to erode your will—they also use time. That is their strategy.

So what to do during this phase? Simple: delete the app. No checking daily charts, no constantly reading market news. Instead, focus on making money, automatically DCA into your position. Consider the boredom, the psychological surrender you feel as the best accumulation signal.

The real question is: do you have enough patience to hold an asset silently for 12 months without checking it? If yes, you will win. If not, you will sell at the bottom.

News is just a reference, not advice. Make your own decision.
