CSX goes full steam ahead on Lordstown expansion project
CSX is moving forward with its Lordstown Auto Facility parking lot expansion, despite initial rejection from the village’s planning commission in September 2025. The railroad operates under federal regulations and is not subject to Lordstown zoning ordinances, though they intend to seek local approval.
