I've noticed that USDT has been losing its position for the second consecutive month. The market capitalization of the leading stablecoin is decreasing, and this is starting to look like a trend rather than just fluctuations. Currently, the market capitalization remains around $185 billion, but the dynamics are clearly not in its favor.
It's interesting to see what is happening with the stablecoin market as a whole. It used to seem that such instruments were only growing, but now it’s evident that even the market leader can lose volume. Perhaps users are diversifying their portfolios among different stablecoins or transferring funds into other assets.
If this stablecoin continues to decline, it could signal broader changes in the demand for stablecoins in general. It’s worth paying closer attention to this development.
