The world's largest Tai Heavy Group manufactures a 5600mm cold straightening machine
On April 8th, the reporter learned from Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Taiyuan Group”) that its independently developed, the world’s largest 5600-millimeter double-roller cold straightening machine has been successfully shipped to the user site and entered the installation and debugging phase.
The successful shipment of this equipment marks a new breakthrough for China in the field of large-scale cold straightening machines, filling the technological gap in 5600-millimeter-level double-roller cold straightening machines internationally.
According to reports, this 5600-millimeter cold straightening machine adopts a double-roller design, capable of achieving “full coverage” for plates with thicknesses of 6 to 50 millimeters.
The straightening range is increased by 36% compared to single-roller models, with a technological level that is internationally leading, making it more flexible and efficient for users to handle diverse orders.
In addition, the equipment can easily output an ultra-strong straightening force of 60 million newtons, while also being energy-saving and power-efficient.
The noise level is only 40% of similar models, reducing operational costs for users and creating a green, friendly human-machine environment. (Science and Technology Daily)
