Academician Zhong Nanshan once said: “What truly wears down your body is not staying up late, not your diet, but long-term bad emotions that can’t be properly vented.”

Many people focus on staying healthy every day, yet end up losing to their inner emotions.
To never end up in the hospital for the rest of my life, the good habits I’ve always stuck to are:
1. Don’t keep tissue paper by the bedside.
2. Do 100 deep squats and 100 times of contracting and lifting (the anal/pelvic area)—it’s very necessary.
3. When eating grapes, I never spit out the skin or the seeds—I eat the whole thing.
