Saudi Arabia and Bahrain Cross-Border Bridge Resumes Traffic Again
The King Fahd Bridge Authority announced on social media on the 8th that vehicle traffic on the King Fahd Bridge has resumed.
The agency announced on the evening of the 7th that vehicle passage across the border bridge between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain was temporarily suspended again due to a warning platform issuing an attack alert targeting the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The bridge had previously suspended vehicle traffic in the morning of the 7th for the same reason, but traffic was restored after a few hours.
The King Fahd Bridge is a key passage connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
