Just now, I got a little itchy and wanted to chase after a position, almost clicked the mouse to execute. Suddenly, I asked myself: am I seeing new information, or am I being driven by that emotion of "If I don’t buy now, I’ll miss out"? Honestly, most of the time it’s the latter… especially now, on-chain data tools and various tagging systems are also criticized for being laggy or even easy to be manipulated, and looking at those dashboards makes me more anxious. Later, I simply set a reminder + a limit: only small positions are allowed for testing at the designated time. The strange thing is, right after setting that, I felt less restless. It’s like turning down the volume a bit—market noise is still there, but I can hear myself. For now, that’s enough; don’t treat emotions as signals.
