Lierda Announcement: The company and related parties received the “Notice of Filing” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 13, 2026. Due to suspected violations of laws and regulations regarding information disclosure by the company, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company, Chairman Ye Wenguang, and General Manager Chen Kai.
