Just read that Kevin O'Leary now claims that power is more valuable than Bitcoin. An interesting thesis, considering how long he's been involved with crypto.

His point isn't entirely wrong: in recent years, we've seen how political and institutional power influence the market more than pure technological innovation. Regulation, government decisions, large investments from established players—all of this has a massive impact.

But I remain rather agnostic about it. Bitcoin was specifically designed to free itself from such power structures. The question is less about what is more valuable, but rather: who needs what? For investors who rely on traditional markets, power is obviously crucial. For those who believe in decentralized systems, Bitcoin still remains the foundation.

O'Leary's view simply reflects how much institutional money now shapes the crypto market. That's real. But that doesn't make Bitcoin any less relevant—it just shows that the market has become more complex.

What do you think? Is he right, or is that too short-sighted?
