Kraken 秘密提交美国 IPO，估值降至 133 亿美元
加密货币交易所 Kraken 联合首席执行官 Arjun Sethi 确认，公司已秘密向美国证券交易委员会提交首次公开募股（IPO）申请。此次 IPO 申请是在去年计划首次披露后正式推进。
数据显示，Kraken 最新估值约为 133 亿美元，较 2025 年的 200 亿美元大幅下降。此前，Kraken 曾因加密货币市场低迷暂停 IPO 计划。德意志证券交易所集团已承诺投资 2 亿美元，换取 Kraken 1.5% 的完全稀释所有权股份。
