These past couple of days, my biggest move has actually been "stopping": stopping myself from chasing gains, stopping to look and then closing the candlestick chart, stopping from scrolling through those "about to take off" screenshots in the group. Grid/DCA strategies feel like slow simmering; the flavor might not be as exciting, but I sleep soundly. A quick trade is more like a big fiery stir-fry—it's fragrant, but whether the pan burns or not depends entirely on whether I shake my hand or not. Waking up in the middle of the night, I still have to turn over and take a look.

Recently, hardware wallets have been out of stock, and phishing links are on the rise. Honestly, it's more important to learn to pause: pause for 2 seconds before clicking a link, pause for 3 seconds before signing, better to miss out than to cause a disaster. Anyway, right now, I care more about whether I can sleep for a full 7 hours straight, not whether I can make a little more profit today.
