Stopping loss is really like breaking up, dragging it out without deleting chat records.
In the past, I always thought "Wait a bit longer, what if it rebounds," but the more I endured, the more I got emotionally involved, and in the end, I either lost more or compromised my mindset.
Now I’m quite cynical: admit when you’re wrong, cut it off, and avoid paying the "interest"—attention, opportunity cost, poor sleep.
Recently, everyone’s been criticizing miners/validators’ income, MEV front-running, unfair ordering, and I’ve also vented a bit, but honestly, the market won’t be gentle just because you feel wronged.
If the rules don’t suit you, you can propose changes or vote, but first, take care of your own position—don’t harden yourself with emotions.
Anyway, I now prefer to take small losses and walk away, rather than be the last person believing "it will get better."
