I’ve found the difference between grid/DCA and “a single trade.” In plain terms, it comes down to buying “sleep quality.” With “a single trade,” the moment you enter, your heart is racing like gas just spiked, and afterward every rise and fall keeps looping in your head like a replay. Even in the middle of the night, you still feel like getting up to check whether someone is secretly dumping on-chain. Grid/DCA is like me chewing potato chips while watching the swap path—take it slow. If you miss, then you miss; anyway, it’s not determined by one big bullish candle.
Recently, people are super hyped about modular and the DA layer, so developers can’t stop talking, and users (me) are just like: I don’t get it. If I understand it, so what—I still can’t sleep; I still can’t sleep. My regret isn’t the outcome; it’s that even though I wanted to be steadier, my hand kept wanting to prove I’m “bold.” That’s it for now—I’ll try not to stare at the charts tonight.
