Recently, I saw news about cross-chain bridges being hacked, plus oracles acting up and stabbing people with a needle, and the group immediately reached a "wait for confirmation" consensus... Basically, when it comes to on-chain privacy, ordinary people shouldn't expect "completely anonymous and fully compliant." More accurately: don't actively post all your information across the internet, but if you're targeted, they can still investigate.
My current expectation is very low: leave as few traces as possible, cross chains as little as possible, and if interaction is necessary, operate as if you're in a glass room—don't be overconfident. Anyway, I see complexity as the enemy; if I can use the simplest path, I won't go for fancy tricks. That's how I start.
