Polish President: Will not sign the legislation related to the "European Security Action"

Polish President Karol Nawrocki stated on the evening of the 12th that he would not sign the relevant legislation for implementing the EU’s “European Security Action.” In a nationwide address, Nawrocki said, “The ‘European Security Action’ is a 45-year loan. The amount Poles will ultimately need to repay is almost twice the loan principal, while the profits will go to Western banks and financial institutions. Under this mechanism, Brussels can arbitrarily pause the disbursement of funds through the so-called ‘conditionality principle,’ while Poland still has to continue repaying the debt.” (CCTV News)
