Lately, there's been a real overload of information, with the group constantly flashing "Someone is about to take off" or "Don't miss out," and influencers are daily pushing emotional triggers... As a result, the people who impulsively buy are still themselves, basically just clicking out of impulse. Others think that following the crowd is safe, but in reality, it's easiest to get caught in a liquidity illusion above the floor price, with no one willing to absorb the trades. There's also that staking unlock/token unlock calendar, which gets dug up every now and then to scare people, causing everyone’s selling pressure and anxiety to peak. But if you actually look at the order book depth and trading rhythm, many times it’s just used to pressure you into "buy now/sell now." I now mainly focus on community activity and the strength of capital absorption; news is just noise. It’s more comfortable to take a few steps back and keep a calm mindset.
