All the goods are in the hands of the market makers’ crew—it's just a matter of moving spot from the left hand to the right. Then the contract price can keep grinding its way up. Theoretically, it can rise without limit; even without volume, it can still go up. Liquidating you—wouldn’t that be a piece of cake, right??
