Lately, when I look at projects, I’m more focused on the treasury expenditures: where the money is spent, whether the pace is right, and if the milestones are being “pushed” by the spending. Some project announcements list a bunch of details, but the treasury keeps hitting the same few addresses, and the amounts are very tidy—looks like monthly salary payments, but the output hasn't kept up; those who are serious about their work, their expenditures align with releases, audits, or incentive launches, and there are occasional one-off expenses (like security patches or operational costs) that can be explained.

Recently, large on-chain transfers and hot/cold wallet movements on exchanges are being called “smart money coming in,” and I also screenshot and save them, but I want to ask: did this money ultimately go into the treasury, and did it turn into actual delivery costs? Forget it—speaking plainly: don’t just look at how fast the money is moving, see if it’s turning into something tangible.
