Mars Finance News, April 14 — Local time April 14, it was learned that a diplomatic source from Pakistan stated that Pakistan is calling for the US-Iran ceasefire agreement to be extended by 45 days.
The source said that the current US-Iran ceasefire agreement will expire on April 22. Since the last round of negotiations, Pakistan has been in contact with multiple parties via phone calls, establishing a broad alliance with the aim of seeking an extension of the ceasefire or resuming technical-level contacts to pave the way for the second round of political negotiations.
Mediators have been assisting both the US and Iran in exchanging information on unresolved issues, hoping to persuade both sides to extend the ceasefire period by at least 45 days. (CCTV News)
