Abstract generation in progress

Zhipu releases the new flagship model GLM-5.1 with a simultaneous 10% price increase. It is introduced as the only open-source model capable of sustained 8-hour operation. In the SWE-bench Pro benchmark test, which closely simulates real software development, GLM-5.1 achieves the first time surpassing Opus 4.6 with a domestically developed model. OpenRouter shows that with this release, Zhipu’s GLM has increased its price again by 10%. After the price adjustment, the token cost for cache hits in the Coding scenario of GLM-5.1 is now close to the level of Claude Sonnet 4.6 from Anthropic. This marks the first time a domestic large model has achieved price parity with leading overseas vendors in core scenarios. (Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily)
