Centered on artificial intelligence, advanced materials, aerospace equipment, low-altitude intelligence, optoelectronic technology, new energy storage, nuclear medicine, and other areas, a series of major science and technology projects will be implemented, with extraordinary measures taken to promote integrated development of technology research, achievement transformation, standards development, and industry cultivation, accelerating the application of breakthroughs and product iteration upgrades.
Strengthen technological breakthroughs in key industrial chains, promoting the entire chain of integrated circuits, industrial mother machines, basic software, biological manufacturing, green hydrogen energy, and other critical core technologies to accelerate breakthroughs.
Enhance technological research and development to safeguard strategic security, improving scientific support capabilities in areas such as food security, strategic mineral resource exploration and utilization, ecological environment protection and restoration, major engineering construction, and geographic information security.
