Galloping on horseback to meet spring appointments, helping women blossom

On the occasion of the 116th International Women’s Day, on March 3rd, the “Gallop to Spring Appointment, Women Bloom” themed discussion and exchange event was successfully held. Guided by the Haidian District Federation of Industry and Commerce and hosted by the Women’s Entrepreneurs Committee of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the event gathered outstanding women representatives from various industries to discuss women’s responsibilities and showcase the spirited demeanor of financial women in the new era.

At the forum, the branch manager and women entrepreneurs from the district federation of industry and commerce jointly sang the touching song “Little Happiness.” In her speech, the branch leader highlighted CITIC Bank’s commitment to deepening its roots in Haidian, serving people’s livelihood, and practicing inclusive finance. The branch clearly stated that it will continue to actively solve practical problems faced by local women entrepreneurs, strive to create a higher-quality and more efficient financial environment, and support women’s innovation and entrepreneurship.

Rongrong joins hands to assist enterprises, practicing responsibility to promote development

To further expand the coverage of anti-fraud publicity and provide precise services for enterprise development, on March 24th, the branch actively coordinated with CITIC Securities Zhangzhuang Road Branch to form a “Bank-Securities Joint Service Team” and visited a health consulting company in the district to carry out a special publicity activity titled “Bank-Securities Collaboration—Financial Anti-Fraud into Enterprises.” During the event, staff from both sides focused on recent market trends and conducted thematic presentations on cases such as false online stock investment groups, workplace telecom fraud, and fake financial management schemes. Addressing common concerns of employees regarding bank card security, online scam recognition, and legitimate investment channels, the service team provided in-depth explanations and interactive Q&A, guiding employees to establish rational investment concepts and stay away from financial scams.

This collaboration between banking and securities institutions broke the barriers of single financial institution publicity, achieved resource complementarity and advantage synergy, not only improved employees’ financial anti-fraud literacy but also built a new bridge for communication between banks and enterprises, and securities and enterprises. It enabled precise financial services at the frontline, safeguarding enterprise assets, and fully demonstrated the responsibility of financial institutions in serving the real economy collaboratively.

Anti-fraud publicity enters communities, multiple parties join hands to build a defense line

To effectively enhance the anti-fraud and anti-deception capabilities of community residents, especially the elderly, and to curb crimes such as telecom network fraud and illegal fundraising, on March 27th, the branch collaborated with Qinghe Police Station and Xuefu Shu Community Neighborhood Committee to jointly hold a telecom fraud prevention publicity event. At the scene, bank staff distributed anti-fraud manuals, answered questions on-site, and explained scenarios through case studies, face-to-face with community residents. Focusing on common issues among the elderly such as investment scams, telecom fraud, and digital renminbi scams, staff personally taught residents how to identify false information, using real typical cases to carefully protect residents’ retirement funds. The community publicity activity received high praise from Qinghe Police Station and the neighborhood committee, not only bringing the bank closer to residents but also embedding anti-fraud knowledge into their minds, building a solid “protective wall” for community property safety.

The series of activities demonstrates CITIC Bank Beijing Xiangshuwan Branch’s vivid commitment to practicing its financial mission and fulfilling social responsibilities.
