The Israeli military claims to have launched a new round of airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon.

On the morning of the 6th local time, the Israel Defense Forces issued a statement saying that, over the past night, the Israeli military launched a new round of airstrikes in the southern suburbs of Beirut (the capital of Lebanon). The IDF stated that since this operation began, it has carried out 26 rounds of airstrikes in the area. The statement said that, with support from intelligence services, the Israeli Air Force struck facilities related to Hezbollah, including a command center of the Lebanese Hezbollah Executive Committee and a drone storage facility.
