People’s Finance News, April 8 — The People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the “Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ‘Artificial Intelligence+’ Action Implementation Plan (2026–2028).” The plan proposes a stable supply of green computing power. It aims to build a nationally leading green intelligent computing power support base and continuously enhance the scale of intelligent computing power. The plan includes developing integrated computing power trading and scheduling to achieve unified management and intelligent allocation of heterogeneous computing resources, promoting accessible and easy-to-use computing power.
