Hong Kong mortgage company prepares to issue digital bonds worth up to $1.5 billion


Hong Kong mortgage companies are discussing raising up to 12 billion Hong Kong dollars (approximately $1.5 billion) through their first digital bond issuance, which could become the largest in the world. According to sources, the issuance may take place as early as next month and include several tranches totaling 10–12 billion Hong Kong dollars, but deal details are still being finalized.
