In terms of overall structure, Yingfeng Environment integrates chassis structure, working mechanisms, battery packs, hydraulic and electrical wiring planning to create a more space-efficient, higher-performance vehicle, enhancing overall stability and reliability, and paving the way for deeper intelligent integration.
In electrical control, a high-performance network communication architecture based on CANbus and Ethernet bus is established to achieve millisecond-level data exchange and command synchronization across the vehicle. This endows the vehicle with “unified perception, unified response, and unified decision-making” neural reflex capabilities, truly realizing full-dimensional intelligentization of vehicle data fusion, operation, and scene management. This transforms sanitation equipment from simple “driving” and “working” functions into intelligent work units capable of precise responses.
For intelligent operation, a “thinking and decision-making” smart brain is built for sanitation equipment, establishing a vehicle-wide communication network and data transmission system. This creates a real-time data web between chassis and superstructure, and between the vehicle and the cloud. Driving status, operational parameters, energy consumption data, and more are aggregated into a complete information flow, allowing managers to monitor vehicle operation anytime, anywhere.
Meanwhile, vehicles are equipped with fault diagnosis capabilities, becoming intelligent partners that can proactively “express” issues and provide early warnings through data analysis. Real-time data interaction between vehicles and platforms clearly presents operational data, helping clients plan operations scientifically. Relying on intelligent algorithms, the system monitors driver behavior, vehicle status, and surrounding environment comprehensively, avoiding operational risks from the source, making management more proactive and operations more refined.
In terms of autonomous driving, from 2017 to 2025, Yingfeng Environment has established a full-stack autonomous R&D system covering perception, decision-making, control, and execution: in 2017, it launched the world’s first sanitation smart operation robot, breaking industry boundaries; in 2021, the second-generation autonomous cleaning robot further advanced industry intelligence; the same year, it was awarded the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Award”; by 2025, it will release the smart connected cleaning robot “Swarm,” which exceeded 100 units sold within six months of launch and has been scaled in over 20 provinces and 60 cities nationwide.
