The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council establishes the Bureau of Foreign Capital Work

According to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has newly established an overseas foreign investment work bureau under the State Council. Its main responsibilities include: guiding the international operation of the enterprises it supervises and optimizing the overseas asset layout and structural adjustments; undertaking work related to the supervision of the overseas assets of the enterprises it supervises; strengthening the prevention, mitigation, and resolution of risks in areas such as overseas investment and operation; and handling matters related to emergencies and crisis response abroad. The institution is organized into the Internationalization Operations Office, the Risk Prevention Office, the Supervision and Governance Office, and the Emergency Management Office.
