Huari Precision: In response to the continuous rise in the prices of raw materials such as tungsten carbide since 2025, the company has implemented multiple rounds of price increases, and current price transmission is proceeding smoothly.
Securities Daily Online, April 7 — Huarei Precision stated during a survey that the company has taken the following main measures in response to fluctuations in raw material prices: (1) The company has established a relatively comprehensive raw material price tracking system. In the event of rising raw material prices, on one hand, the company signs framework agreements with major raw material suppliers, makes advance prepayments to lock in prices and quantities to control raw material costs, and obtains more favorable procurement prices in the market; on the other hand, the company has adopted an early inventory strategy, stockpiling an appropriate amount of raw materials in advance to prepare for potential ongoing price increases in the future; (2) Based on production costs, the company determines the final product prices by considering factors such as product performance, competitor pricing, market conditions, customer purchase scale, and competitive strategies. In response to the continuous rise in prices of raw materials such as tungsten carbide since 2025, the company has implemented multiple rounds of price increases, and the current price transmission is proceeding smoothly.
