March 6th, Tangshan billet direct transaction is generally steady, warehouse spot prices quoted at 2990-3000 yuan/ton including tax for delivery, downstream finished product prices remain stable, overall transactions are average, and it is expected that in the afternoon, billet factory prices may stabilize and slightly rise influenced by futures rebar.
