The compute power concept saw a strong intraday surge on the 8th day. As of the time of this release, Hangyun Technology and Pingzhi Information hit 20% daily limit-up, while Oriental Guoxin rose by about 15%, and Quke Cloud, Hongjing Technology, and others gained more than 10%.

In the industry, with the boom in Agent applications and the multimodal ecosystem, global Token usage is entering a new round of accelerated growth. SemiAnalysis data shows that compute power rental prices are trending upward; as of April 2026, the overseas H100 rental price has increased by 40% within five months. The current high level of optimism in the compute power rental industry is mainly driven by a mismatch in supply and demand in China’s compute power market. Downstream large-model and internet companies’ demand for compute power has surged, while some domestic high-end chips are, to a certain extent, constrained by bottlenecks in foundry capacity—making the advantages of leading rental companies that control high-end compute chip resources even more prominent.

CITIC Securities said that, with the boom in Agent applications and the multimodal ecosystem, capital expenditure and compute power demand are misaligned, and global Token usage is entering a new round of accelerated growth. Over the next two years, the cloud industry chain is expected to enter a “volume and price rising together” development cycle. For the cloud industry chain, demand is pushing up price levels, and the cloud industry chain is entering a period where both volume and price rise. For compute power rental, the supply of high-quality compute power chips is tight; the positioning advantages of leading compute power rental firms are prominent, and higher leverage enhances the certainty of high growth. It is recommended to pay attention to the cloud industry chain and related compute power rental stocks.
