Hexun Investment Advisor Wei Yugen: An excellent window for bullish trading, the current upward trend is still expected to continue.

April 8, Wei Yugen, an investment advisory analyst at Hexun, said that, in the current market, investors may feel jittery, lightheaded, and disoriented—after all, more than 5,000 individual stocks are rising, the ChiNext Index is up nearly 5%, and trading volume had already surged to 470 billion yuan by the morning alone. At this point, it is necessary to think: Will there be additional buy orders tomorrow? Has today’s funds already been used up?

Looking back at historical data, over the past year, there were only two instances when the ChiNext Index’s single-day gain exceeded 4%, and afterward, the following two days both saw a pullback; however, after the pullback, it went on to set new highs again.

As for today’s afternoon session, the likelihood of a major drop is not high, because those who wanted to sell in the morning have most likely already sold. However, tomorrow the market may face selling pressure; if it can absorb it, given that this half-month is an excellent window for going long, the uptrend in this round still has a chance to continue.
