Whether the environment is good or not isn’t something I can decide. That kind of statement is a bit stupid. The “car head” is just a stand-in for capital—if one leaves, a new one will come. Do you really think the “car head” is here to hand out money? The real problem right now is insufficient liquidity. The market as a whole is still the focus. If the market rebounds, do you think there will be a shortage of funds to rally? Would there be a shortage of the funds that the “car head” metaphor is referring to?
