CZ 新书：美司法部最早提出的罚款金额为 68 亿美元
4月8日消息，币安创始人赵长鹏（CZ） 在新书中回忆称，其与美国司法部谈判过程中，对方最初曾提出高达 68 亿美元的罚款要求，远高于最终和解金额。其称，双方从约 5 亿美元开始多轮博弈，期间检方多次施压并下达“最后通牒”，最终以 43 亿美元达成和解。 CZ 还表示，曾有律师建议“多交罚款或有助减轻刑罚”，但司法部随后在法庭上反而将高额罚款作为“问题严重”的依据之一。
