Ortech’s announcement: The company’s director, Zhu Yizhou, has completed his share reduction plan. From March 3, 2026 to March 30, 2026, he reduced his holdings cumulatively by 4 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.98% of the company’s total share capital. The transaction price range was 25.01–27.8 yuan per share, and the total transaction amount was 104 million yuan. Before the reduction, he held 112 million shares, accounting for 27.65%; currently, he holds 108 million shares, accounting for 26.66%. The plan and the results are consistent.
