In a medical university classroom, the teacher posed a question: Why is the commonly used disinfectant alcohol concentration 75%?

Would 80% not work? Isn't 100% purer and better?
Students eagerly responded: The higher the concentration, the better the effect naturally.
The teacher gently shook his head:
That's not the case. Alcohol at 95% or 100% immediately coagulates the surface proteins of bacteria upon contact, forming a hard protective shell around them. The alcohol can't penetrate inside, so it can't kill the bacteria. Conversely, 75% concentration has the best sterilization effect.
Isn't life also like that? Excessive pursuit of ultimate happiness.
Perhaps, a state of seven parts fulfillment and three parts regret is the most perfect concentration of happiness.
