[Red Envelope] Today I'll talk about a low position again. Can this trigger a breakout? The logic and price are both very suitable!

【Hit Like and Follow, gains at the limit-up are unstoppable】【Keep going and tip, your positions are all up】[Taoguba]

Hello everyone, I’m Dad (Naiba), and I’m happy to meet you here. I mainly focus on market logic and emotion. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments section to exchange ideas.

1: Market overview

According to yesterday’s strategy, first the broad market must hold above the 5-day moving average; otherwise, it will be suppressed, and then it’s destined not to be the ideal timing. Impacted by the evening news, it gapped up and then stood above the 5-day moving average—this means the market is getting stronger, which matches the early-session outlook Dad shared. You should know that the aggressive push has started.

Today it surged and broke above the 5.10-day, jumping up by 100 points. The key is that the volume also stood above 2 trillion. Previously it had been hovering below 8B, so this time is completely different. The adjustment is, in fact, a better opportunity for momentum to carry on. In the short term, pressure looks around 4050.

2: Logic reasoning

Trading must learn to be flexible. Don’t just knock your head against one spot—didn’t the master who drew lines yesterday resolve the Iran-U.S. conflict? Faced with a situation like this, what’s the first thing to think of? First, remove the oil and gas, chemicals, energy, and defensive sectors like medical drugs that are affected. Then what’s left that can accommodate such a large amount of Z funds? Naturally, it’s the technology direction Dad mentioned this morning. First, tech has seen deeper pullbacks and many are currently at a short-term stabilization point (which also matches our L “turn-back and attack” strategy). With the big direction identified, the next step is selection within the sub-sectors—what’s most important? If you’ve seen the direction, you’ll also know how to pick. Taking a position in computing power/PCB/optical communications for 7–8 cm is not an issue.
Then further break down the tech branches. For example, computing power—that’s something Dad has been talking about.
Why is it computing power? If you’ve read the articles, the bro/sis (tiezi) should know that Dad said here it may not necessarily be the strongest, but it is the most stable—suitable for rolling in and out. In the digital era, computing power is definitely the core engine of new “intelligent productivity.” Honestly, whether it’s computing needed for electricity or AI large models, domestic substitution fundamentally can’t get away from computing power. You could say computing power is the core point of the era’s development.
Another one is PCB mentioned this morning. Today’s upside also led. With AI computing power driving demand, PCB is entering a wave of capacity expansion. Strong AI demand is pushing PCB prices and volumes up across the board. Currently, many AI-related PCB companies are running at full capacity with full orders, and they’re actively expanding production. With high growth in performance, it’s likely to continue.
And then there’s optical communications (CPO). It’s also a direction that resonates with computing power. It has just dropped enough, and in this broad “up across sectors,” it’s also one of the easiest points to rebound.
More details won’t be posted—just one core takeaway: once you’ve figured out the direction, where exactly is the core? Next, Dad will point out a key focus. Pay attention to the article: Looking back at power: the first to position was Huadian LN, then it changed hands and moved to the earlier New Zhong G, and it was also fearless of the market—7 days and 5 limit-ups. This is the question of rhythm.
Many beginners only look at the code and always ignore what Dad has reached at the time. They only see the new ones, but don’t realize many of them are opportunities formed after adjustments. Look at Dashing Sheng D, Aorui D—none of them didn’t pull 10+ points after adjusting. And you’re still waiting like an idiot; others already grabbed the big meat early.
So PCB’s old veteran lineup has already risen too much—who has the potential to take the baton next? Sectors like the old veterans: Shen Nan DL, Huyidian GF, Dongshan JM, Shenghong KJ, Jingwang DZ, etc., all have large gains. Z funds won’t stay there forever (so here, it’s better to view it as a rebound opportunity). For those starting from low positions, look at Bomin DZ (the L head of PCB that has never really moved).

PCB is generally divided into core layer boards (HDI stacked) vs non-core layer boards.
It stacks many layers of芯板 all at once and presses them all at once—like stacking books, you press once and it’s done.
You can reach 52 layers or 78 layers, but the density isn’t very high; the holes can’t be too small, and the traces can’t be too fine.
Core layer boards (HDI stacked layer)
Stack layer by layer, drill layer by layer, plate copper layer by layer, with multiple lamination cycles—like building a high-rise, you cap it up one floor at a time.
It can achieve ultra-fine traces, microvias, blind vias, buried vias, with extremely high density.
Non-core layer 52 layers: Not hard—many factories can do it; it’s just a matter of time.
Core layer 52 layers: Very difficult—right now in China, only Bomin DZ has mass production.
GTC said the 52-layer boards used for the LPU require core-layer boards—truly high-end, high-density, high-value ones are core-layer boards, not ordinary non-core backplanes.
Ordinary 52-layer boards: common products everyone can make.
52-layer core-layer boards: it’s exclusive; it has scarcity and high profit margins.

Alright, if there’s a particularly great opportunity, leave a comment in the comment section!

That’s what we’ll talk about today! Finally, I wish brothers and sisters a huge rise in Gu City!
