Abstract generation in progress

Recently, international ratings agency S&P Global officially released The Sustainability Yearbook 2026. OCEAN GROUP stood out among more than 9,200 global companies thanks to its outstanding performance in the environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas, successfully being selected for the yearbook, and becoming one of the 57 mainland Chinese enterprises to receive this international recognition.

S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook is one of the most influential corporate sustainability assessments worldwide, and its selection results are an important reference for investment decisions across global asset management with more than $32 trillion in assets under management. In 2026, more than 9,200 companies worldwide participated, and ultimately only 848 companies that performed best across their respective industries were selected, accounting for less than 10%. Of these, only 57 were mainland Chinese enterprises, and OCEAN GROUP became one of the very few mainland Chinese property developers to earn this international honor.

For a long time, OCEAN GROUP has adhered to the core philosophy of “Building·Health,” integrating it into its operations and development. It has demonstrated excellence in green building, resource conservation, and achieving carbon reduction targets, leading the industry’s green transformation. At the same time, it actively promotes community collaborative development and fulfills its corporate citizen responsibilities. In the face of challenges in the market environment, OCEAN GROUP continuously optimizes its ESG risk management mechanisms, deeply embedding sustainability concepts into business decision-making to enhance the company’s resilience against risks. Being selected for S&P Global’s The Sustainability Yearbook 2026 is not only an authoritative recognition of OCEAN GROUP’s practical and in-depth cultivation of the ESG field, but also provides support for the company to stay committed to “long-termism” and advance sustainable development.
