On the morning of March 31 local time, Kursk Governor Roman Starovoit reported that an energy facility in the Belovsky District of Kursk Oblast was attacked, causing power outages for over 14k households. According to Starovoit, from 9:00 on the 30th to 7:00 on the 31st, a total of 48 Ukrainian military drones were shot down, Ukraine used explosive devices to launch 4 drone attacks, and there were 38 shellings on areas where residents had been evacuated.
