๐Ÿ”ฅ Strategist: US-Iran conflict may end in May, earlier than the previous June expectation

On April 8, an Australian Federal Bank strategist stated that the US-Iran conflict could end in May rather than the previously expected June. The analyst noted in the report that the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz indicates substantial progress in peace negotiations. Although a ceasefire has not ended the hostilities, it is seen as the beginning of an end. The strategist added that while the US-Iran plans seem severely incompatible, the ceasefire suggests that the U.S. is tentatively open to compromise, as Iran's strategic leverage has not significantly decreased and U.S. allies are unwilling to provide assistance. The economic consequences of the war continue to accumulate, and if negotiations break down due to political restrictions, markets will react strongly and negatively.
