Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 8th, according to CCTV News reports, to rectify the chaos caused by "AI modified" video dissemination, the National Radio and Television Administration launched a one-month special rectification campaign in January 2026. The focus was on cleaning up illegal videos that used "AI modifications" based on classic TV dramas such as the Four Great Classical Novels, historical themes, revolutionary themes, and heroic figures, as well as various cult animations. The campaign resulted in the removal of over 23,000 related illegal videos and the handling of more than 100 illegal accounts, effectively curbing the spread of such problematic videos.
