Dongbai Group announcement: the company’s controlling shareholder, Fujian Fengqi Investment Co., Ltd., and its persons acting in concert, Shi Xia, reduced the company’s shares by 23.00 million shares and 20.4923 million shares, respectively, through block trades and centralized competitive bidding during March 17, 2026 and from March 16 to March 18, 2026. After this change in equity interests, the combined shareholding proportion of Fengqi Investment and its persons acting in concert decreased from 60.00% to 55.00%.
