Iran’s Foreign Minister Alaragchi announced early on the 8th, on behalf of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, that the Strait of Hormuz will achieve secure and safe navigation within two weeks.

The secretariat of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council released a statement on the 8th saying that Iran will hold two weeks of political talks with the United States in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, “to confirm the victory outcomes achieved in ground combat.”

Previously, according to Iranian media reports on the 8th, Trump said, “We have received Iran’s 10-point proposals, and we believe this plan is a feasible basis for negotiations.”

The report also said that Trump stated, “Almost all of the past contentious issues between the United States and Iran have been agreed upon, but these two weeks will allow the agreement to be finalized and take effect.”
