Ask AI: How is there a contradiction between the IAEA’s assessment and the threat of Iran’s withdrawal?

China News Service, March 28—According to reports from foreign media, on March 27 local time, the spokesperson of Iran’s Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Ebrahim Rezaei, said that continuing to be a party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) is of no benefit to Iran; “it’s time to withdraw.”

据报道,雷扎伊在社交媒体上发文称,《不扩散核武器条约》未能保护伊朗核设施免遭袭击,相关国际文件和协议事实上被完全无视。

Rezaei reiterated that Iran has no intention of manufacturing nuclear weapons and that this policy has not changed in any way.

The report said that earlier, IAEA Director General Grossi stated that no systematic plan for manufacturing nuclear weapons in Iran has been found.
