The National Data Bureau Holds Signing Ceremony for Industry High-Quality Dataset Chain Master Task Agreement
On February 27, the National Data Bureau held an industry high-quality dataset chain-leader task book signing event in Beijing. Liu Liehong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Data Bureau, and Pang Xiaogang, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, attended the event and delivered remarks. Xia Bing, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the National Data Bureau, presided over the event. Liu Liehong said that we need to implement the “Artificial Intelligence+” action plan in depth, accelerate the development of high-quality datasets for the industry, and effectively convert our national data advantages into strong momentum for the development of artificial intelligence. We need to focus on expanding coverage and improving efficiency, and significantly increase the scale of high-quality dataset supply. We need to focus on scenario-driven development, and promote the deep integration of dataset construction with real-world needs. We need to focus on technological support, and increase R&D and application of key technologies and automated tools, using technological breakthroughs to drive efficiency transformation. We need to focus on quality oversight, and solidly advance dataset quality inspection work to ensure high-quality outcomes with high standards. We need to focus on standardized management, and accelerate the construction of the national dataset management platform, implementing unified management of dataset resource catalogs.
