ShouChuang Futures: Recent geopolitical risks easing, recommend holding long positions in index futures
On March 31, A-shares surged and then fell back; the ChiNext Index dropped more than 2%, and all the previously strong sectors fully pulled back. The Shanghai Composite Index was down 0.38% at midday, closing at 3,908.28 points. A-shares face dual pressures from external disruptions and tighter liquidity. Recently, geopolitical risks have eased somewhat, and risk appetite has slightly recovered, but it still remains in a bottoming-range consolidation, making it difficult to kick off a new round of upward movement. With the benchmark market’s 3,800 support level in mind, the downside room is expected to be limited. In terms of trading, it is recommended to hold long positions or sell put options.
