Iran refuses to reach a temporary ceasefire agreement and demands charges for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

Mars Finance News: On April 7, Tehran has rejected any temporary ceasefire agreement with the United States. Tehran has set preconditions for talks with the United States regarding “lasting peace.” The preconditions include an immediate halt to attacks, assurances that there will be no further attacks, and compensation for losses. Under the permanent peace agreement, Tehran is demanding fees for ships transiting through the Strait of Hormuz. The fees will vary depending on the type of vessel, the cargo it carries, and the current transit conditions.
